The word "tapas" translates to "lids" or "cover" and originates in Spain. Traditionally, tapas are flavorful small dish cusines served at bars to compliment and cover your beverage from fruit flies. We take our own spin on tapas by bringing you chef-curated gourmet recipes using mostly locally sourced ingredients. Tapas are meant to be shared like appetizers or ordered in multiples to make a full meal. Our goal is to expand on this concept by promoting an exceptional dining experience in an enviorment where foodies can bond over quality wine, cocktails, food tastings and weekly entertainment.
